Missing Products
If you find that an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing emelagrofoods@gmail.com. Include your order number, an image of the invoice, one clear image of the outer packaging, and two clear images of the opened package showing all items received.

Spoiled Products

Cancellation Policy

- Orders can only be canceled if they have not been dispatched. Once an order is on its way, it cannot be canceled.
